Terms of Service
Last updated August 13, 2026
This is a plain-language draft, not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. It accurately describes how QuoteRamp actually works today. Before relying on it to protect a real business handling real payments and real customers' personal information, have a lawyer review it.
These Terms govern your use of QuoteRamp ("the Service") as a contractor ("you," "Contractor"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
What QuoteRamp does
QuoteRamp lets you set up a shareable page where your customers answer a few questions and receive an AI-generated price estimate, drawn from a price range you configure yourself. QuoteRamp forwards each resulting lead to you by email and, if you enable it, Discord.
Estimates are not quotes
Every price shown to a customer through QuoteRamp is a non-binding, automatically generated estimate — not a formal quote, bid, or contract offer. The estimate is produced by an AI model reasoning over the price range and questions you configured; it is not reviewed by a human before being shown. You remain solely responsible for confirming final pricing with each customer before performing any work. QuoteRamp is not a party to, and has no liability arising from, any transaction between you and your customer.
You are responsible for setting price ranges and pricing-question logic that reasonably reflect what you actually charge. QuoteRamp is a pricing calculator you configure, not a pricing authority.
Your account
- You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account per business. You may not resell or white-label access to the Service without a separate written agreement.
Subscription & billing
- New accounts get a 14-day trial. No card is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your customers' data
When a customer submits your quote form, QuoteRamp collects their name, email, phone (if given), and their answers, and stores that as a lead tied to your account. You are the one deciding what to do with that lead — QuoteRamp is acting as a processor on your behalf, not as the party responsible for how you use or store it afterward. You are responsible for your own compliance with any privacy law that applies to your business and the customers you collect data from. If you connect a Discord webhook, lead details are sent to that Discord channel — you control and are responsible for who has access to it.
Acceptable use
Don't use QuoteRamp to collect data you don't have a legitimate right to collect, to misrepresent your business, to attempt to break or abuse the pricing engine, or to violate any applicable law.
Service availability
QuoteRamp is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, including the AI estimate engine, which depends on a third-party AI provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteRamp's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. QuoteRamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits arising from an estimate shown to a customer.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
